"After being a loyal customer for years, the claim process and transparency in this agency has been absolutely awful. It’s been awful trying to get a call back from anyone especially Scott, they have played the blame game between every department. Only after I stayed on them constantly did I ever get an answer. The only thing the claim process left me with was the confusion on why I patronize this business if it is like pulling teeth to get anything done. Scott Bryant doesn’t seem to care either."
